- Account Information: When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address and a password. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive your email address and public profile information (like your display name and profile picture URL) from Google.
- Profile Information: You may choose to provide a display name and a profile picture URL in your dashboard settings.
- Contact Information: If you contact us for support or inquiries, we will collect the information you provide, such as your name and email address.
- Webhook Configuration Data: When you configure our webhook, you provide us with:

: The URL where the user will be redirected after successful verification.
1.2. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data: We may collect information on how the Service is accessed and used. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, and other diagnostic data.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and hold certain information.

- hCaptcha Data: When you interact with hCaptcha on our site, hCaptcha collects certain information to determine if you are a human. This data is processed according to hCaptcha's privacy policy. We do not directly store or process the hCaptcha verification data beyond receiving a successful verification token.

- To Personalize Your Experience: To display your display name and profile picture in your dashboard.

3. How We Share Your Information
We may share your information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers: We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services, or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used. - Firebase: We use Google Firebase for authentication, database (Firestore), and potentially other backend services. Firebase's handling of data is governed by Google's privacy policy.
- hCaptcha: We integrate hCaptcha for bot detection. Data collected by hCaptcha is subject to hCaptcha's privacy policy.
- Email Sending Service: The

are sent to our email sending service provider (e.g., Pipedream, or another service that the webhook URL points to) solely for the purpose of sending the verification email.

- Protect and defend the rights or property of VerifyFlow
- Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
- Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public

- Business Transfers: If VerifyFlow is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. 6. Security of Your Data
The security of your data is important to us. We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Links to Other Sites
Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.
We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
8. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
